Do you offer a free product trial?

Yes. All of our subscriptions include a 7-day free trial and there is no credit card required to sign up for an account.

Is Generating Content with AI Ethical?

If it’s ethical to give a human copywriter your notes and ask them to expand it into an SEO-ranking article, why not an AI? We believe AI is a fundamental innovation in writing and is here to stay, so we should grapple with how to best use the tool rather than pretend it doesn’t exist. At Lexii we’ve taken great care to ensure the AI is generating truthful, engaging content.

What underlying model do you use, is it GPT-4?

Yes, unlike many of our competitors, we use GPT-4 for all of our prompts every time so you get the absolute best quality. We are exploring adding other LLM’s to our repertoire but right now GPT-4 is far and away the best.

What do you do with my data?

We keep all the data you give to us secure, and the content you generate is never published elsewhere. All calls made to GPT-4 are made over encrypted SSL connections and OpenAI guarantees all data sent via prompts will never be used to train their models.

How does Lexii ensure the uniqueness of the content generated?

We use our own algorithms and upstream data partners alongside GPT-4 to ensure that the content generated is unique and tailored to your needs. We cross-check generated content with existing content on the web to reduce chances of duplication.

What are the limitations on the length of content I can request?

The platform has a maximum word limit of 3500 words for each article to ensure quality and coherence.

Can I request revisions or edits to the generated content?

Absolutely – we understand AI doesn’t always get it right the first time so we offer multiple rewrites. If you're not satisfied with the generated content at any point, reach out to our support team by sending an email to hello@lexii.ai. We will help you produce a version that better aligns with your needs or give you a refund.

Is there a subscription model, or do I pay per article?

Each pricing tier is billed for the minimum number of articles per month, and additional articles are charged on an ad-hoc basis. Details of our pricing can be found on the Pricing page.
